Tips How to Stand Well

1. Pelvis

Set your pelvis upright. Don't sit on your back pockets -
(0:09 minutes).

2. Feet

Let the floor support your feet. Lower you chair or add footrest -
(0:08 minutes).

3. Arms

Keep your elbows under your shoulders and your wrists below your elbows - (0:07 minutes).

4. Shoulders & upper body

Roll your shoulder one at a time up, back, down and exhale to relax your chest - (0:12 minutes)

5. Head

Keep you chin close to your throat, adam's apple and ears over your shoulders - (0:05 minutes).

6. Eyes

Keep the top of your monitor on eye height and look away from your screen regularly (0:11 minutes).
