Breaks - The amount of times you have been working without a break for 60 minutes or more. It is recommended to take a 2 minute break every 50 minutes. We know that is not always possible.
Good Posture - % of time you are working within the good posture you set.
Bad Posture - % of time you are working outside the good posture you set after resting or getting stuck there.
Movement Level - The amount you moved at your desk - not the same as taking breaks. Movement is good it energizes your body and mind; sitting rigid is not.
Usage - How much time you have spent with Brightday. More time gives better data and more nudges.
See from the front and from the side where orange or red markings appear. That is where you tend to move when slipping out of your set posture for a while. Use this information to consciously work against your tendencies as they might hurt you.
